You will always feel better, if any new member comes to your house, and if that member is nothing but a small puppy, then you will be much happy and you must be very excited to start a new life with loyal friend and companion.

Puppies are just like new born babies, you have to take care of them a lot, and you also have to pay a lot of attention to them. This will create good things and bond between you and your puppy.

You will be having lot of work in the first week, after bringing your puppy home, but if you’ve done them carefully and on time, you will just go through it fine. Small puppies are very energetic and they like to play all the time. They also like lot of cuddling and they like to show their affection all the time. Just like little kids do, they will do lot of mischief and test your patients.

Puppy Proof your Home

Puppies chew everything which catches their attention, because they are very curious. So you should keep the harmful things away like chemicals, choking hazards and sharp objects. Give non toxic toys to your puppy and something big by which your puppy can swallow.

Proper Feeding and Grooming

Always feed your puppy with healthy puppy food, and give them clean drinking water regularly, make sure that your puppy drink hot water, if the puppy only drinks cold water, it will be become the habit, and the puppy will only drink cold water. Feed them right amount of dog food, and that also in enough quantity which fill their little stomachs.

Train Your Pup from the First Day

It is very important to train your puppy, and teach them obedience, rewarding is very effective in this matter. Give them good treat every time they do well.

Make your Pup Comfortable

Just like small Childs, puppies also need to take rest after they had a long day to play. Keep them well snuggled and comfortable on a small puppy bed, if you do this from the beginning, then he/she will not sleep on the floor or on your furniture.

Everyone loves to see the fishes in aquarium, when they swim and dive in clean and clear water.  But some people Get confuse that do fish make a good pet?

Generally Fish are not cuddly, they do not lick like cats and dogs do. They also don’t bite or fetch. So if you need a pet for your child, you can definitely have a fish to your house because your child can touch and hold the fish.

Fish tanks and fish Bowls are available in all sizes. Like one gallon goldfish bowl to 200 gallons tank with their oxygen motor and beautiful lights. Fish tanks are now available in the wooden cases which had become the part of décor in our house. They usually come in long and oblong shape to fit in any space you find in your home.

Your child can also decorate the fish tank and keeping the necessary plants which are needed for the fish. They can learn the upkeep by keeping the tank clean; feed the fish daily on their time.

Fish do not need extra care if you wanted to go out for the holidays. They have weekly feeders that can dispense food gradually over the time while you are away from your house. Lights with timers are also available so when you are away, they will automatically put the light on and off and set the suitable temperature so that it can remain same for the weeks.

Fish makes a good pet for your children’s; they do not need any training. They don’t bite; they stay stable in their environment.  Children’s should only feed and observe them.

Some pets apart from dogs and cats, which can also make greats pets and they are:

• Giraffe- if you want to own a coolest pet, than try to buy Giraffe. Giraffe’s are amazing pets. As they are tall and friendly. They are also harmless. These qualities of Giraffes make them a better pet. But one has a lot of trees planted in their garden to accommodate them. And they should also get good diet.
• Goat- If you want to get rid of mowing your lawn. Do adopt Goats. They make funny noises, also eat tin cans. Goats behave very well with children; apart from that they also provide milk.
• Peacock- All knows that peacock is a beautiful bird with array of colors. This could be the display in your own home. Like other birds peacock also won’t fly from your house. And they will also walk a kind of funny. It will not be surprised if you could ride them.
• Ferret- too small to be a dog and too big to hamster. One can say that walking with a ferret will make you really cool.
• Monkeys- just like other pets, Monkeys can also be make pets, if you adjust with them. You could treat them like a dog. You can feed them twice a day, take them for a walk and let them do what they want. And when you become an expert monkey owner, you can also try to buy gorilla.
