When people think of their pet care, they first think about some food items and essential supplies like pet house, which allows the pet owners to provide their pets with some luxury items and what they need to live long and healthy life. But for some pet owners, essential pet care products are not enough that they need to provide for their pets.  This is because the term pet care products also include some non essential products which are very helpful in providing their pets with some extra comfort.

One of the most extraordinary pet care non essential things is their garments, which includes pets t-shirts, bandanas, coats and sweaters. Which allows pets owners to show off their pets when they bring them outside for excursive or for a walk. These products are also very helpful to keep their health good.  Especially to protect dogs against cold weather. Recently another non traditional product or treatment that pet owners provide to their pets is spa treatment. This provides pets with grooming and therapies like aromatherapy.

Another example of non essential pet care product is their car seat, when you are going for holidays, some pet owners allows car seats which makes comfortable way to travel for their pets.  These days car seats have become very popular, by this pets can stick their heads out of the window while being safely secured on their seats.

Horses are amazingly beautiful and sensitive creatures, they not only require understanding and patience to make them sure that they are pet, but they also need a lot of care.

Basic horse care should begin with its diet. Normally horse diet should consists of hay and pasture grass and some small amount of pellated feeds, grains or sweet feeds only if they want. Forage is also an important calorie for horses that can vary greatly with the nutritional value of what horse consume.

Horses usually eat greedily even the last stem and leaf when they are provided good quality of hay. Feeding good quality hay is not only good basic care of horse but it will also save lot of money.

Observe your horse in their herd system, the herd system of the horse welfare is depending upon instinctive submission to the disciple of the horse.

Any horse will love you, if it is treated with lot of love and if you allow developing a strong relationship with it in a same way you would a human partner.

Examine your horse everyday and take a horse ride everyday. Examine your horse legs and back for any unusual heat or lumps. You should make sure that your horse eyes are alert and not glazy.

You should also keep your horse clean as possible. And you should make sure that your horse stall is cleaned everyday. Water should be dumped from the bucket everyday without exception.

It is natural that change in the season also brings some changes of our needs same way pets also bring about some changes in their needs as the season changes. Owners should take precaution during winter season to prevent any last minute major problem that could spoil your Christmas holidays.

Most of the dogs don’t like to go outside in winter; many pet owners make the mistake by taking their dogs outside thinking that they would enjoy themselves better, when they are allowed to roam outside. If your dog is specifically a winter breed then it is ok to get him/her out side in winter, some pet experts give advice to keep your dogs inside the house when the temperature falls significantly. They do not like to stay in fresh cold air for long time; they need to stay lot of time with their owners and family members. And when they are separated from their owners they would have some behavioral problems.

If you want to be sure that your pet is healthy in winter season, check for hypothermia, if they are spending lot of time outdoors in winter, of even if they are in at cold houses.  These are the symptoms of the hypothermia in which they are trembling of shriving, gums that are pale, unusually large breeds of dogs, one can be sure that his/her pet is suffering from hypothermia by checking his/her pets heart rate and by checking the body temperature which is less than 95 degree Fahrenheit.

If your pet really feeling cold then provide him/her a warn cloth or booties.  Your friends may laugh at your for such a thing but this is to be done to take care of your pet in winter. You should make sure that you keep cleans rags or old towels near the door for when your pet comes from outdoors. You need to rub them down and clean them thoroughly.

If your pet is spending lot of time in house then make sure that the house is big and he/she gets proper space to stand up and turn around. The house should be constructed in such a way that it doesn’t face direct wind. The doors must be proper insulated to keep snow and ice out. And if you are going out for a holidays with your family then your pet should be checked everyday, ask for your friends or relatives to make daily visits.

Bengal cat which is the hybrid breed comes with the combination of two cat breeds. Bengals breed comes from the Asian Leopard Cat (a small cat which is found in Asia). This cat is crossed with some domestic breed of cats like Abyssinian, Egyptian Mau, Ocicat and American shorthair. The resulting offspring will give you a Bengal cat.

The first generation of this cat is not ideal as a pet this breed is very shy and carries too much unpredictable charteristics of its wild parent. Its not get until you get 4 generations removed from the actual Asian Leopard Cat after that you will have a Bengal cat which makes it a good pet.

The fourth generation of this cat has same beauty of what Asian leopard has with undesirable traits and they have been bred out. These cats are very beautiful, also very intelligent and it is also a social domestic house cat. Many owners also consider them as the closest cat just like dogs. Some of these cats can be trained to walk on a leash, roll over, sit and fetch.

These cats don’t grow more then average size house cat. House cats usually have 10-15 pounds of weight similarly Bengal cats have the same. Bengals cats can also be treated like any other domestic cat.

Any dog which stands less than 11 inches at the shoulder and has 11 pounds of weight can be said as miniature dog of any breed.  It is called miniature because the dog is small and he/she does not need lots of exercise and food.

Dogs can walk as far as their owner’s want, same way miniature dogs can also walk as their owner’s want. By this they will be able to exercise themselves when they are taken outside for a walk at their schedule time. But when walking smaller dogs you should remember that everyday obstacles for larger dogs can be very intimating to the smaller dogs.

Moreover, all long haired miniature breeds required to be groomed daily, in spite of of their size. One should be comfortable with his/her dog from a very young age. Breeds like Bichon Frise and Toy Poodle do not molt. So more importantly these types of breeds should be groomed daily to maintain their good coat conditions.  Some important areas where owners should take care of their hairs are around eyes, tail, ears and mouth.

Miniature dogs are also more intelligent and energetic, apart from their size, they are also very good guards. And small dogs usually live more then large dogs. The life span of small dogs are about 11 to 12 years and if they  get proper care and proper food also a lot of love would help them to live more than that. Small breed dogs are also not difficult to rear by eight weeks with sensible care and understanding these breeds will pose no problems and difficulties.
